A full refurbishment and interiors for an existing business office centre. New entrance hall and facade refreshment to welcome into an open entrance hall with natural light flowing through the open voids.
New main restaurants and fast food cafe to cater the demands of the offices. Redesign of these spaces as well as halls, passages and office distribution of the whole building.

CAOFEIDIAN SUSTAINABLE CENTRE, China
A new impressive sustainable building is created to accommodate Restaurants, Exhibition Halls, and the Administration Offices of a new city in China's Caofedian area for 7 million people's new homes.
2 Restaurants for the centre are designed. Ground floor gets a Restaurant connected to the outdoor of the "iceberg" with stept seating and VIP dinning private rooms. All can enjoy the sea views as the waters slide onto the buildings terrace. Top floor get the Evening Restaurant and cocktail bar with lavender carpets that remind us of the landscape of the area.
Administration Offices are the heart of the the centre. Flexibility and Fun offices are created to serve the peoples needs to run this sustainable city for 7 million people with Scandinavian influenced housing design.
Exhibition Halls give this building the perfect balance to all its needs. Constant information and involvement from the citizens demands flexible and modern exhibition halls with attractive functional interiors.
